A login is required to send an inquiry to a professional. We do not collect a separate name, email, or phone number at the point of inquiry. Only the account information collected at sign-up (name and email) and the message content you write are stored and delivered.

• Conversation participation records

Professional Registration

• Name (Korean/English)
• Profile photo
• Category, experience, license number
• Office location (state/city/zip code)
• Contact information (email, phone, website)
• Bio/description

Automatically Collected Information

• IP address (for rate limiting purposes)
• Browser information and access logs

2. How We Use Your Information

• Creating and managing user accounts
• Matching professionals with clients and delivering inquiries
• Sending email notifications to professionals upon inquiry receipt
• Providing real-time messaging services
• Preventing service abuse (rate limiting)

3. Sharing with Third Parties

HaninGosu does not sell your personal information to third parties. However, we use the following infrastructure partners to operate the Service.

• Supabase — Database and authentication (US servers)
• Vercel — Website hosting
• SendGrid — Email delivery
• Google OAuth — Social login (when chosen)

These services access data only to the extent necessary for Service operation. Each service's own privacy policy applies.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Personal information is retained for the duration of your use of the Service. Upon account deletion request, we will delete related data within a reasonable timeframe. However, information required to be retained by law will be kept for the applicable period.

7. Cookies and Tracking

HaninGosu uses cookies for authentication session management. We also use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymous usage statistics, which involves analytics cookies. The data collected is used only for service improvement and usage pattern analysis.

HaninGosu implements the following measures to protect personal information.

• Encrypted data transmission via HTTPS
• Industry-standard encryption for password storage
