    Multi-category registration is supported within the same license group.

  3. Submit license info (optional)

    Provide your issuing state and license number to display a "License Submitted" badge.

  4. Complete your profile

    Service areas, business hours, photo — all editable later.

  5. Listed instantly

    You appear in search immediately on registration. If you submitted a license, the "License Submitted" badge is shown on your profile.

Is there a registration fee?

All features are free during beta. Tiered pricing per category applies at official launch, and beta members get early access to special offers.

Do I have to submit my license?

License submission is optional. If you do submit, a "License Submitted" badge appears on your profile to improve client trust.

Can I register in multiple categories?

Yes, within the same license group. For example, Law and Immigration/Visa can be registered together.

What happens when beta ends?

We notify you by email at least 30 days before official launch. Beta members get early access to special offers.

Can I pay to boost my search ranking?

How do I get notified of client messages?

Email notifications are the default. Basic tier and above also receive SMS notifications.

What are the limits of the free tier?

The free tier allows one new conversation per month. Follow-up messages from the same client have no limit.

What is the refund policy?

When paid plans begin at official launch, a 14-day refund guarantee applies. See the Terms of Service for full details.

What is the auto-reply feature?

An auto-reply for messages received outside business hours. Free for every expert during beta.

How do I delete my account?

You can request deletion from Settings. A 30-day grace period applies — if you log back in within that window, your account is automatically restored.
