Job SummaryWe are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Server to join our hospitality team. You will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring guests have an exceptional dining experience from the moment they are seated until they leave.ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service: Greet guests, present menus, explain daily specials, and offer thoughtful recommendations.Order Taking: Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.Order Delivery: Safely transport food and drinks from the kitchen/bar to the tables, ensuring accuracy and proper presentation.Table Maintenance: Clear dirty plates, replace silverware, refill water glasses, and maintain a clean dining area.Payment Processing: Prepare and deliver accurate checks, process cash and credit card payments, and handle the POS register.Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and alcohol beverage control policies.Requirements & QualificationsProven work experience as a Server or in the hospitality/food service industry.Familiarity with restaurant POS systems (e.g., Toast, Square) is a plus.Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions.Exceptional communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 25 lbs.Valid alcohol service certification (e.g., RBS for California) is required
